FABIO BATTISTIN | Head of Production
Executive Producer with a 10+ year experience in developing and producing TV shows and live music events such as “VH1 Storytellers: Fabri Fibra”; “Il Volo: Notte magica, tributo ai 3 tenori” (PBS USA); “Tiziano Ferro: Lo Stadio Tour 2015” (RAI 1); “Ligabue Campovolo: Il Film 3D”; “Roberto Bolle: Danza con me” (RAI 1). He was also Broadcasting Coordinator for the “Vasco, Modena Park 2017” event; Producer for “We Are Afterhours”, film concert which premiered at the Roma Film Festival in 2018; Executive Producer for “Calcutta: Tutti in piedi” by Giorgio Testi.

MAX BETTONI | Broadcast Specialist
As a producer for MTV Italia and MTV International, Bettoni worked on many events such as EMA’s, Isle of MTV, MTV Live and MTV Africa Music Awards. He was also TV Producer for three consecutive years at Junior Eurovision Song Contest (produced by EBU); Broadcasting Coordinator for the launch event of the new Turkmenbasi port working with Filmmaster Events (winner of a BEA Award); Creative Producer for two seasons of “Roberto Bolle – Danza con me” (winner of a Rose D’Or Award in 2019) and Artistic Producer for “YO! MTV Raps”. Max Bettoni has been the Multicamera Producer of Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin.
Max Bettoni's 2023 was a very intense year, between television and live events: from "Stasera c'è Cattelan su Rai 2" to "Marrageddon Fest", passing through "Marco Mengoni - Mengoni negli stadi 2023"" and "Red Bull 64 Bars Live 2023 ".

RINALDO SALINO | Content Supervisor
With a 20+ experience as a writer and producer for Italian and international shows, Salino is a solid and talented professional with a deep understanding of the whole creative, production and delivery process. His credits include a long collaboration with MTV Italia and Viacom Italia as well as Rai, Mediaset and the Discovery network. With GVNG-HO he's worked as a writer and creative coordinator for the first ever Italian series of the classic "YO! MTV Raps" show and “Sex, Lies and Chadia” for discovery+. For Gvng-ho, Salino is also the author and producer of the documentary series "Regard, Viaggio nell'Arte - Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain", broadcast on Sky Arte in the 2022/23 season. Furthermore, he is the "Run Of Show Producer" of the two latest editions (2022/23) of "Red Bull 64 Bars Live".
CRISTIAN BIONDANI | Supervising Director
In the course of a 20+ year career, Cristian Biondani has directed international events and live concerts, becoming one of the best european multicamera director and working with international superstars such as Ben Harper, The Cure, Jay-Z, Lady Gaga, Linkin Park, REM, Snoop Dogg and Andrea Bocelli, among others. Lately, Biondani has become one of the main directors for Rai, working on “Che tempo che fa” by Fabio Fazio, "Carta Bianca" by Bianca Berlinguer, "Eurovision Song Contest 2022." (as multicamera director) and for the four editions of the late show "Stasera c'è Cattelan su Rai2".
At GVNG-HO, he has worked for a number of concerts and TV shows and he's now the Supervising Director of all the productions.

ANDREA CAIROLI | Director Producer
After completing his post-graduated studies in Filmmaking at NYU, Cairoli starts working for Indie Film Production while writing as a foreign correspondent for the Italian movie magazine “La Rivista del Cinematografo”. Back to Italy as Director and Producer for MTV Italia, he collaborates with various broadcaster and Tv Production Companies (La7, Rai5, Endemol, Filmmaster), freelanced for video industry directing and producing Ads (Bmw, RioMare, Bper); Docufiction (Valeria Marini in “StarWedding”); Fiction (“il Circolo” starring Alessandro Haber and Ivano Marescotti) and Animations (“I Super Errori”, MIUR animated series).
Our team also features a number of talented professionals with extensive experience in their field: writers, filmmakers, producers and directors - friends - we are lucky to work with.
