LEO CIANCI | TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR
Director, assistant director, engineer and video mixer with over 20 years of career in the world of TV and entertainment. As a director he directed, among others, Francesco Gabbani's live show from Carrara for Rtl 102.5, the charity show "Mika I love Beirut" and Laura Pausini's first concert at the Colosseum in Rome, as well as other small live events.
Cianci was one of the first in Italy to introduce the use of timecode for the automation of cutting and electronic setlists, from the "Festival di Sanremo 2017" to the "Eurovision Song Contest 2022". In his career at Rai, he worked as a technician at the "Festival della Canzone Italiana di Sanremo" from 2017 to 2023, and on important prime time shows such as “Tale e Quale Show (directed by M.Pagnussat), “Ora o Mai Più” (directed by S.Vicario), “Laura e Paola” (directed by C. D'Alisera), “La Corrida” (directed by M.Pagnussat), “Domenica In – Speciale Sanremo” (directed by S.Vicario and F.Guttuso) “Sanremo Young” (directed by D.Forzano), “L' eredità” (directed by M.Pagnussat) “David di Donatello” (directed by M.Pagnussat) “Parla con Me” (directed by I.Skofic) “Ti Lascio una canzone” (directed by S.Colabona) “Concerto - Primo Maggio” (directed by C.Biondani) “Wind Music Awards” (directed by M.Pagnussat), “Mondiale di Nuoto Roma 2009” (various directors) “Reazione a Catena” (directed by Jocelyn), “Affari Tuoi” (directed by S.Mignucci), “La Giostra dei Gol” (directed by F.Pogliani), as well as collaborating closely with director Luigi Antonini for the creation of X Factor Italia.
For GVNG-HO, Leo Cianci worked as Technical Supervisor for Marco Mengoni's live tour (2022/23), the two dates (Milan and Naples) of the “Marrageddon Festival” and Redbull 64 Bars Live 2023 in Scampia (NA).

FILIPPO BASILE | PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Filippo Basile is the co-founder of Press Press, a graphic design and printing studio in Milano, specialised in screenprint, art editions and catalogues. Over the years he carried on his interest in artistic production, video production and public space interventions. He worked on important commissions for prestigious names of the art and design world such as Nathalie di Pasquier, Fornasetti, Edoardo Tresoldi, Studio Giò Forma, Pantone, Studio De Lucchi. He also organizes annual workshops for NABA academy in Milan. From 2019 he teaches printing techniques at Fondazione Giovanni Cova Institute.

DAVIDE PUZZIFERRI | FILMMAKER & CAMERAMAN
Davide Puzziferri began his career in 2014 as a videomaker and operator for the independent feature film “Ombra e il Poeta”. In parallel, he collaborates in the creation of some visual videos for the theatre and some "Musical" such as “Grease” (directed by S. Marconi), “Singing in the Rain” (directed by C. Noschese), “La Divina Commedia Opera Tour” ( directed by A.Ortis) and “Balliamo Sul Mondo” (directed by C. Noschese). In 2019 he signed his first documentary "The Bitcoin Valley" for the SDA Bocconi University. This experience led him to collaborate on other documentaries such as "Francesco Longano - L'arte del pensare" and "Masha's Friends" (where he is co-director with M.Gandini). Over the years, Puzziferri gained experience and indulged in the use of camera stabilization systems which led him to work steadily with GVNG-HO at the “VH1 Storytellers” live events with Niccolò Fabi (2017), Elisa (2018) and Alessandra Amoroso (2018), and subsequently as part of music festivals and tours such as the “Marco Mengoni Tour 2022-2023”, RedBull 64 Bars Live 2023, “Marrageddon Festival 2023” and others. Also in 2023, Puzziferri also signed the photography for the short film "Eligens".
