The 75th International Astronautical Congress (IAC), which took place in Milan from 14 to 18 October 2024 has seen the arrival of over 8,000 experts from industry, research and the institutions and has placed Italy at the heart of the international debate on the use of Space to support sustainability. Under the motto “Responsible Space for Sustainability”, IAC 2024 highlighted the importance of Space as an environment that must be kept secure and open to exploration, peaceful use and international co-operation by present and future generations in the interests of the planet and all nations, regardless of their level of development and without discrimination of any kind. GVNGH-HO had the honor and pleasure of writing the concept, organizing the production and overseeing the realization of the Opening Ceremony of IAC2024, directed by our Cristian Biondani and hosted by Camila Raznovich, with the special participation of Jacopo Veneziani. The event saw a succession of important guests from the aerospace world, entrepreneurs and representatives of the institutions on stage and received the special visit of the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella.
